Return Policy

Returns postmarked within 10 days of shipment (see upper right hand corner of invoice or reference your tracking information) will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit.

Returns postmarked within 11-15 days of shipment are eligible for store credit only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached.

-Unworn & unwashed

-Smoke, deodorant and perfume free

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. We also recommend carpeted areas for trying shoes on. Any signs of wear to the shoe or a damaged shoebox will make them ineligible for return.

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 14 days. After 14 days the items will be donated and your return will not be processed. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us immediately at and provide a photo of the defect. You have 3 days upon receiving to contact us.

    Returns Processing

    • To initiate a return please use the “RETURNS MANAGER” app. It is located in the footer of the website
    • Returns are processed within 2-5 business days of delivery 
    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

    Refund or Store Credit

    • Refund will be issued after receiving item and it meets all refund requirements
    • Store credit is issued via email
    • Store credit can be used online and in-store

    Order Processing & Shipping

    • Imagine Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal.
    • Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout. 
    • We use the USPS and it takes 1 business day to process after order is placed.
    • International Orders take 1 business day processing after both Confirmation and Processing Emails are received (generally no more than 3 business days).
    • USPS picks up shipment at the end of each business day.

    Local Pickup

    We offer free local pickup at our store located at either of our locations during normal business hours. All you need to do is select "Local Pickup" under the shipping options tab. Please include in the additional comments section on the order page when you will be by to pick your order up and which locatio. We would appreciate at least two hours to put the order together, and pickup within 7 days.                                                                                                           

    Holding Items

    If you are interested in a product you are welcome to purchase the product online and we will hold it for in store pickup, or we’ll hold up to a week before shipping. However, because our inventory changes so rapidly we are unable to hold any products without the customer first purchasing them.

    Sold Out Products:

    Because of our business model of providing the latest trends at the most affordable prices, our inventory changes rapidly and most of our products sell out within 1-2 weeks. If you find something you’d like to purchase, please do so as soon as you can, so you don’t miss out. Since styles change weekly we are unable to guarantee whether or not we will receive any restocks of specific items. However, every Monday our buying team reorders popular styles. One of the deciding factors in the decision making process is the HIGH DEMAND CREATED BY YOU! If you are in love with a sold out product and would love to see it restocked, just sign up for your size on the waitlist.
